今天可说是我最不开心的一天了！好伤心。。。被人忽略的感觉真是不好。。。好讨厌这感觉！快快远离我吧！在那一杀那间，我忽然觉得一直以来我对他好的人在我真正需要他人关怀时，他却将我推得远远的！这让我了解了，你用心的去帮他人，他并不会在你有心事时雪中送炭，反而雪上加霜的则是他！看看对人好有什么屁用！人还是应该为自己打算才是正确的！靠自己，坚强的。。。生活！

the first day i went to penang inti collage to attend the PRS INTI national level camp ~~
i very happy that i can took part in this camp ~~~
hope that in the further 3 days i can learn something from the camp and also know so frenz in the camp
since this camp had differant state secondary school student attend in this camp ~

照预定计划我应该会到gurney plaza 与杨仪相见，
可是我被他人给方飞机了。。。
好失落喔。。。
我大可以自己去，
可是在这之前我又有补习。。。
完全不可能能准时出席。。
结果我放弃了这个念头。

我真的好不了解。。。
真么他人那么善变啊！！！
一时想这样一时又那样。。。

Penang Bridge Marathon Run

today the first weekend of the end year holiday ....
i take part in Penang Bridge Marathon Run ...so cleaver ba ???
haha ....
but i just chosen fun runs ...hehe .....
although just fun run also need run 10 KM ...
wa.....this run really make me very tired ....
the pathway too long ....
we started at queensbay mall .....until centre of the penangn bridge ....
...then continue run back to queensbay mall....
do you think that is a short jounery ???
oo.......no ...impossible !!!!!!!!
but take part in this marathon ....i got a very special experince .....
